Overview of your role

Your role involves “thinking processes”. your draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to the big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvements. You typically have the ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework. You are also responsible for understanding the workings of organization-wide processes to improve and maintain them.

Your main duties and responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated
• Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
• Monitor, measure and provide feedback on process performance
• Manage process change
• Write Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications
• Test and execute processes using the BPMS to ensure that the right results are achieved

What you need to apply

• Knowledge of process mapping and business process reengineering
• Being able to see the big picture
• Knowledge on how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate
