Overview of the role

The Change Manager guides companies through transformation programs. He/she helps to mobilize the organization and to manage expectations by providing communications and trainings.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Support change management at the organizational level
• Support communication efforts
• Assess the change impact
• Identify, analyze and prepare mitigation tactics for risk • Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Track and report issues
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists

What you need to apply

• Master’s Degree (or compensating experience)
• Relevant professional experience (2 to 5 years) in Change management
• To be experienced in either early project development work or have an understanding of
• Business Change management, coupled with organizational change
• Pro-active attitude and high-paced working style
• Problem solving competencies and analytical skills
• A good leadership
• Fluent communication in French, Dutch and English
