Squads give you the ability to develop new skills and spark new ideas. Consultants get together (usually with pizzas) to develop new innovations and ideas on a regular basis. For example join the UX squad and craft new experiences.
Last week the whole team enjoyed their first paintball game. Team buildings are very important, they allow us to spend some time together. To be honest, food and parties are also often involved.
